We’re happy to offer free shipping on nearly all online orders over $100 across Canada. However, in rare situations where we are unable to offer free shipping due to the size, weight, or destination of the shipment, we will let you know before checkout. Simply add your items to the cart and enter your shipping information to confirm whether your order qualifies for free shipping.

We understand that sometimes plans change after placing an order. If your item is unused and still in its original packaging, Ekko Bath will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


To complete a return, the item must be shipped back to us.
